                                 ORDER
 
        This  protest was  filed by  Communication  Network Systems,
   Inc.  on May 24,  1994.  It  concerns agency  actions taken under
   certain solicitations for automatic  data processing equipment by
   the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration of the United
   States Department of Commerce.
 
        On June 1, 1994, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss
   this protest with prejudice.
 
        Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
   28.
