                                 ORDER
 
        On May 24,  1994, Innovative Technology Systems,  Inc. (ITS)
   protested  the  terms  of a  solicitation,  issued  by  the Naval
   Regional Contracting  Center,  for the  acquisition of  automatic
   data processing equipment (ADPE) and  services.  On June 3, 1994,
   protester filed a motion to withdraw its protest, indicating that
   the  parties  "have  agreed  to  a  settlement  which  adequately
   addresses Protester's complaint."  
 
        Accordingly,  the protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
   28(a).   The suspension of respondent's delegation of procurement
   authority lapses by its terms.
