ORDER On May 19, 1994, Materials, Communication & Computers, Inc. (MATCOM2), protested the award of a contract for information systems and automated data processing support services by the Department of the Navy to CTA Incorporated. MATCOM2's filing also constituted a notice of intervention in protests against the same award filed by two other unsuccessful offerors, IMS Services, Inc., and Science Applications International Corporation. The three protests were consolidated. On June 7, MATCOM2 withdrew its protest, GSBCA 12839-P, as well as its intervention in the other two cases, GSBCA 12830-P and 12834-P. Accordingly, GSBCA 12839-P is now DISMISSED, and the other protests will continue without participation by MATCOM2. _________________________ STEPHEN M. DANIELS Board Judge
