                                 ORDER
 
        This protest  was filed  by Berkshire  Computer Products  on
   April  29,  1994.    It concerns  the  award  of  a  contract for
   automatic  data processing  equipment by  the  Department of  the
   Navy.
 
        On May  26, 1994, protester  filed a motion to  dismiss this
   protest.  Counsel for respondent has no objection to the motion.
 
        Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
