                                 ORDER
 
        This protest, involving an invitation for bids issued by the
   Corps  of Engineers,  Department of  the Army,  was filed  at the
   Board  on April  19, 1994.   The  solicitation seeks  real estate
   maintenance and marketing services.  
 
        On April 20, 1994, the  Board convened a conference with the
   parties  and explained  that  its  jurisdiction  was  limited  to
   protests involving  solicitations for  automatic data  processing
   equipment  and services.    Protester's representative  indicated
   that the  protest had  been filed both  at the  Board and  at the
   General  Accounting  Office  (GAO), and  agreed  to  withdraw the
   protest at the Board.  Protester has confirmed in writing that it
   wishes to withdraw the protest filed at the Board.
 
        Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
