                                 ORDER
 
        On  April 14,  1994,  the  Board  dismissed  this  pre-award
   protest without prejudice to reinstatement  by June 30, 1994.  On
   June 28, 1994, the parties jointly requested that the Board amend
   its  April 14,  1994 order  to provide  that the  protest may  be
   reinstated by  September 30,  1994.   Accordingly, the  final two
   sentences  of the  April 14, 1994  order are  amended to  read as
   follows:   The  protest  is DISMISSED  WITHOUT  PREJUDICE.   Rule
   28(a).  This shall become a dismissal with prejudice on September
   30, 1994,  unless prior  to that date,  the protester  requests a
   reinstatement of its protest.  Rule 28(b).
