ORDER On April 12, 1994, FDC Technologies, Inc., filed this protest concerning a solicitation issued by the Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service for its Integrated Systems Acquisition Project. On April 14, 1994, the protester filed a motion to dismiss without prejudice and requested the Board prescribe June 30, 1994, as the date the protest shall be deemed to be dismissed with prejudice if the protester has not requested it be reinstated. Respondent has no objection to the dismissal of this protest. Accordingly, the protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
