Order This motion for costs was brought on April 12, 1994. On May 16, 1994, the parties filed with the Board a joint stipulation and motion for enlargement. The enlargement requested was for ninety days in which to allow Sprint Communications Co. (Sprint) to invoice the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) directly for payment of an agreed sum in settlement of protester's claim for costs. By letter dated August 19, 1994, counsel for Sprint advised the Board that payment had been made and that the motion for costs is withdrawn. Accordingly, this case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
