                                 ORDER
 
        On  April 8, 1994,  Computer Data Systems,  Inc., protester,
   protested the Federal Bureau  of Investigation's Solicitation No.
   KRF-92-005.   The General Services  Administration is  conducting
   this procurement for the FBI.
 
        On  April 15,  1994, CDSI  filed  a motion  to dismiss  this
   protest with prejudice.  Respondent and intervenor do not object.
   Pursuant to Rule 28(a), this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
