                                 ORDER
 
        On  April  8,  1994,  Meridian  Technologies  protested  the
   rejection  of   its   proposal  under   request   for   proposals
   number 5-35207/062 issued  by the National Aeronautics  and Space
   Administration   for  fiber   optic   transmitter  and   receiver
   equipment. On April  15, 1994, protester notified the  Board that
   it was withdrawing its protest.
 
        Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
