                                 ORDER
 
        On  April  1,  1994, ViON  Corporation  filed  this protest,
   challenging awards by the Department  of Justice of contracts for
   the acquisition,  installation, and maintenance of  quantities of
   direct access  storage devices  and controllers.   The  contracts
   were  awarded to  FDC Technologies,  Inc., an intervenor  in this
   pro- ceeding.   
 
 
        On May  3, 1994, the  Board received a Motion  for Dismissal
   filed  by  ViON.   ViON  requests  that  the Board  dismiss  this
   protest.   ViON's  motion  is hereby  granted;  this  protest  is
   DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 28.
