ORDER On February 17, 1994, E-Systems, Inc., filed this protest challenging the award of a contract to CTA, Incorporated, for the acquisition of an Integration Support Contractor for automatic data processing equipment systems within the Criminal Justice Information Services Division of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. On March 15, 1994, the protester filed a motion to withdraw the protest with prejudice. Respondent and intervenor have no objection to the dismissal. Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
