(Biospherics) protested the award of a contract under solicitation number RFP-93-037 to National Computer Systems by the Department of Education (DOE) for equipment and services to support DOE's Public Inquiry and Debt Collection Services. On March 7, 1994, Biospherics filed a motion to dismiss the protest with prejudice, based upon information obtained through the Rule 4 File and discovery.
