ORDER OF DISMISSAL On February 7, 1994, Diversified Business Technologies Corporation (DBT) protested the terms of a solicitation, issued by the Department of the Interior, to obtain a software site license and associated services. On February 25, 1994, the parties filed a joint motion to dismiss the protest, indicating that they have entered into a settlement agreement providing that respondent will pay DBT certain of its costs. In accordance with the joint motion to dismiss, this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a). The dismissal shall convert to one with prejudice upon the issuance of payment by the Department of the Interior to DBT of the aforementioned costs.
