ORDER On February 2, 1994, the Board docketed the protest of Unirule Industries, Inc. Unirule is protesting any award arising from a solicitation issued by the General Services Administration (GSA) for the procurement of Mobile Tool Cabinets. During a prehearing conference with the parties on February 8, the Board discussed problems it had with jurisdiction over this case, as the items solicited did not appear to be ADP equipment or services. Protester agreed with the Board's findings and agreed to withdraw its protest before the Board. Subsequent to the prehearing conference, protester filed a notice of withdrawal.
