ORDER On January 21, 1994, Control Data Systems, Inc., filed this pre-award protest. The protester maintains that the respondent, the Department of the Treasury, Internal Revenue Service, improperly has reopened discussions and requested a second round of best and final offers in a procurement for automated, high- speed, non-impact printing systems. On January 28, the protester filed a motion to dismiss the protest with prejudice. The agency does not object to such a dismissal. Accordingly, the Board DISMISSES WITH PREJUDICE this protest.
