                                 ORDER
 
        This protest  was filed  by Theragen,  Inc.  on January  21,
   1994.   It concerns  the award of  a contract  for automatic data
   processing equipment by the Department of State.
 
        On February 1,  1994, the parties filed a  joint stipulation
   for the voluntary dismissal of this protest with prejudice.
 
        Accordingly,  pursuant   to  Rule  28(a),  this  protest  is
   DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
