                                 ORDER
 
        On  January 12, 1994, Telesensory protested the rejection of
   its offer to  supply automatic data  processing equipment to  the
   Department of the Army pursuant to solicitation number MDA903-93-
   R-0040.   That  same day,  the  Board also  received  protester's
   letter  indicating that it has  settled this matter directly with
   the  Army  and requesting  that  the  protest be  withdrawn  with
   prejudice.
 
        In  accordance with  protester's  request,  this protest  is
   DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 28(a).
