                                 ORDER
 
        On  December 22, 1993,  Pragmatics, Inc. filed  this protest
   challenging the  award of  a contract for  data base  services to
   intervenor, ANSTEC, Inc.  
 
        On January  25, 1994, the  parties filed a joint  motion for
   dismissal  with  prejudice  pursuant  to  a  settlement agreement
   between the parties.
 
        Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
   28(a).   The suspension of respondent's delegation of procurement
   authority lapses by its terms.
