                                 ORDER
 
        On  December   15,  1993,   protester  Gonzales   Consulting
   Services,  Inc. (GCS) requested  reinstatement of its  protest of
   the  award selections  under  solicitation numbers  52RANR400001,
   52RANR400002,  and 52RANR400003 by the Department of Commerce for
   computer  operations, maintenance,  administration, and  research
   services for Forecast  Systems Laboratory, Environmental Research
   Laboratories,  National Oceanic  and Atmospheric  Administration.
   On January 18, 1994, GCS requested dismissal of its  protest with
   prejudice pursuant to a settlement agreement reached between GCS,
   DOC and intervenor Systems Technology Associates, Inc.
 
        Accordingly,  GCS'  protest  is  DISMISSED  WITH  PREJUDICE.
