                                 ORDER
 
        On November 29,  1993, Integrated Systems Group,  Inc. (ISG)
   filed  a motion  for costs  it incurred  for filing  and pursuing
   GSBCA  12646-P, which was dismissed with prejudice on November 2,
   1993.   On April  22, 1994,  counsel for  ISG filed  a Motion  to
   Dismiss the motion for costs since the Department of the Treasury
   has paid the  protester's protest costs.  Counsel  for ISG states
   that counsel  for respondent  has no objection  to the  Motion to
   Dismiss.
 
        Accordingly,  the   motion  for  costs  is   DISMISSED  WITH
   PREJUDICE.  Rule 28(a).
