                                 ORDER
 
        On November 15, 1993, RMTC Systems, Inc., filed this protest
   regarding  the  rejection   of  its  offer  for   automatic  data
   processing  equipment under  a solicitation  issued  by the  U.S.
   Department of Agriculture.
 
        Since   filing  its  protest,  RMTC  has  learned  that  the
   respondent  exercised  an  option  to   increase  the  quantities
   included  in the solicitation.   On November  22, 1993, protester
   requested that the protest be  withdrawn because it no longer had
   the  low  offer and,  accordingly,  no  longer  had a  basis  for
   protest.
 
        Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
