DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY, Respondent. Debra R. Reichl of Elizabethtown, KY, appearing for Appellant. COL Riggs L. Wilks, Jr., MAJ Charles R. Marvin, Jr., MAJ Karl M. Ellcessor, III, and CPT Gerald P. Kohns, Jr., Office of the Chief Trial Attorney, Department of the Army, Arlington, VA, counsel for Respondent. BORWICK, Board Judge. DISMISSAL ORDER On November 9, 1993, Ms. Debra R. Reichl filed a protest at this Board concerning a procurement for physical therapy services for the Fort Knox Community Schools operated by the Department of the Army. That same day, Ms. Reichl withdrew her protest, stating that "[I] have become aware of the fact that the GSBCA has jurisdiction limited to computers and related matters." Ms. Reichl acknowledged that the protested procurement was for physical therapy services, not for goods and services covered by the Brooks Act, 40 U.S.C. 759(a)(2)(A) (1988). Respondent does not object to the withdrawal. Pursuant to Rule 28(a)(1), this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. ________________________________ ANTHONY S. BORWICK Board Judge
