                                 ORDER
 
        On January  5, 1994, protester Pindar  Donnelley Partnership
   (Pindar)  filed a  motion  for  reconsideration  of  the  Board's
   opinion  dismissing  Count  One  of Pindar's  protest  complaint.
   Pindar   Donnelley   Partnership  v.   Department   of  Commerce,
   GSBCA 12267-P  (Dec. 27,  1993).   On  February  2,  1994, Pindar
   informed  the  Board  that  it was  withdrawing  the  motion  for
   reconsideration.
 
        Accordingly,  this motion  for reconsideration  is DISMISSED
   WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 28(a).[foot #] 1

        Protester's  motion  to  supplement  the  record  filed   on
   January 19,  1994,  and  intervenor  GraphicData, Inc.'s  (GDI's)
   motion to supplement the record  with new evidence are granted to
   the  extent that  all copies  of  the delegations  of procurement
   authority  issued by the General Services Administration (GSA) to
   the Department of Commerce in June 1990 and filed to date in this
   proceeding shall be part of the record  of GSBCA 12667-P-R, along
   with GSA's  letter of January 31, 1994.   Intervenor GDI's motion
   to strike filed on February 2, 1994, is dismissed as moot.
