It concerns an award of automatic data processing equipment by the Department of the Air Force. On November 4, 1993, the Board convened a conference of the parties to discuss the further processing of this protest. After discussing the issues and the limited possibility for any meaningful relief, the Board agreed to stay proceedings until November 9 to permit the parties to confer. On that date, a telephonic status conference was to be convened to discuss whether this case should proceed further. On November 9, 1993, prior to the scheduled conference, protester advised the Board that it was withdrawing its case. Counsel for respondent has informed the Board that he has no objection to this case being dismissed. Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28.
