ORDER On October 18, 1993, Integrated Systems Group, Inc. (ISG) filed a motion for costs it incurred for filing and pursuing GSBCA 12574-P, which was dismissed with prejudice on September 21, 1993. On December 9, 1993, counsel for ISG filed a request to withdraw the motion for costs since the Department of the Army is processing the payment of the protest costs. Counsel for ISG states that counsel for respondent is aware of the request for withdrawal and has no objection to the withdrawal. Accordingly, the motion for costs is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
