Hall, Wayne Finegar, and Bruce Trimble of Skolnick & Leishman, P.C., Derwood, MD, counsel for Protester. Clarence D. Long, III, Office of the General Counsel, Department of the Air Force, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. GOODMAN, Board Judge. ORDER This protest was filed on October 20, 1993, by Integrated Federal Solutions, Inc. (IFS) against the award of a contract by respondent, the United States Air Force, to Dominquez, Inc. Protester contends that respondent violated statute and regulation by failing to respond to IFS's agency protest, failing to timely notify of award, failing to evaluate the proposals in accordance with stated evaluation criteria, and failing to amend the solicitation to permit used equipment. On November 1, 1993, IFS withdrew and requested that the Board dismiss its protest with prejudice. Counsel for respondent poses no objection to the request. Accordingly, pursuant to Rule 28(a), this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. __________________________ ALLAN H. GOODMAN Board Judge
