                                 ORDER
 
        The  Board  received this  protest  filed  by SRL,  Inc.  on
   October 13, 1993.   On  October 21, the  Board received  a notice
   from the  protester which stated,  "I withdraw the case  of GSBCA
   12641-P which is SRL, Inc.  (Protester) vs. DEPARTMENT OF THE AIR
   FORCE (Respondent)."
 
        The protest  is DISMISSED  WITHOUT PREJUDICE.   Rule  28(a).
   The dismissal  shall convert  to  a dismissal  with prejudice  on
   November 5, 1993, unless it is reinstated by that date.
