On October 22, 1993, the Board dismissed for lack of jurisdiction a protest filed by Citicorp against the award of a contract by the General Services Administration to American Express Travel Related Services Co., Inc. On October 25, pursuant to Rule 30, Citicorp moved for full Board consideration of the jurisdictional question raised by the case. The Board permitted each of the other parties to respond to this motion. Having reviewed the motion and the responses thereto, the Board DENIES the motion.
