On November 8, ANSTEC moved to dismiss its protest, and on November 10, Tri-Cor moved to dismiss its protest. The opposing parties have no objection. Pursuant to the stipulation of the parties, the protest of ANSTEC, GSBCA 12599-P, and the protest of Tri-Cor, GSBCA 12629-P, are DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
