ORDER On September 30, 1993, and October 7, 1993, Gonzales Consulting Services, Inc. and Communication Network Services, Inc., respectively, protested the award selections under solicitation numbers 52RANR400001, 52RANR400002, and 52RANR400003 by the Department of Commerce for computer operations, maintenance, administration, and research services for Forecast Systems Laboratory, Environmental Research Laboratories, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration. As a result of representations made during a telephonic conference on October 25, 1993, the parties agreed that these protests should be dismissed without prejudice to reinstatement by December 15, 1993. Accordingly, these protests are DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a).
