                                 ORDER
 
        King   Properties  protested   that  the   General  Services
   Administration's award of a lease for real property "was not done
   on a fair, equal, competitive and non-discriminatory basis."
 
        Upon  being apprised  that  this  Board's statutory  protest
   jurisdiction  is   limited  to  acquisitions   of  computer   and
   telecommunications goods  and services,  40 U.S.C.    759(a), (f)
   (1988),  King Properties  filed  a  complaint  with  the  General
   Accounting  Office  and  orally  withdrew  the  instant  protest.
   Protester had  no objection to  our dismissing the case  prior to
   receiving written confirmation of its wishes.
 
        This case is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule 28(a).
