ORDER King Properties protested that the General Services Administration's award of a lease for real property "was not done on a fair, equal, competitive and non-discriminatory basis." Upon being apprised that this Board's statutory protest jurisdiction is limited to acquisitions of computer and telecommunications goods and services, 40 U.S.C. 759(a), (f) (1988), King Properties filed a complaint with the General Accounting Office and orally withdrew the instant protest.
