DEPARTMENT OF THE INTERIOR, Respondent. Shelton H. Skolnick, Judy D. Leishman, and Amy B. Hall, of Skolnick & Leishman, Derwood, MD, counsel for Protester. Alton Woods, Office of the Solicitor, Department of the Interior, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. LaBELLA, Board Judge. ORDER This protest was filed with the Board on October 4, 1993, by Integrated Systems Group, Inc. (ISG) against the Department of the Interior. ISG alleges that the Government was in violation of applicable statute and regulation. On October 8, 1993, the Board held a prehearing conference with the parties in which protester provided some background facts not clearly stated in its complaint. Based on this information the Government indicated that it believed a settlement of this protest was possible. On October 21, 1993, the Board received a Motion to Dismiss filed by protester. Protester has requested to withdraw its protest and requests that the Board dismiss the protest with prejudice. Protester states that the Government has no objection to this motion. Accordingly, protester's motion is granted. The protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a). ___________________________ VINCENT A. LaBELLA Board Judge
