WILLIAMS, Board Judge. On September 29, 1993, protester Government Micro Resources, Inc. (GMR) filed a motion for award of protest costs pursuant to Board Rule 35(a)(1). On September 13, 1993, the Board granted the underlying protest finding that the Drug Enforcement Administration, Department of Justice, violated statute and regulation because the agency awarded the contract to an offeror whose proposal failed to offer instructors with the mandatory work experience required by the solicitation. In its motion for costs, GMR claims a total of $42,183.13, representing legal fees of protester's outside counsel in the amount of $35,566.25 and disbursements in the amount of $6,616.88. On November 15, 1993, counsel for respondent informed the Board that the parties have agreed on the final amount of $42,043.13, and requested that the Board enter a judgment in this amount for protester. Decision We have reviewed the detailed documentation submitted by GMR in support of its claimed protest costs and find the agreed upon amount to be reasonable. Protester's motion for costs is GRANTED. GMR is entitled to recover its costs of pursuing the protest in the amount of $42,043.13.
