ORDER On September 27, 1993, the Board docketed a protest filed by Coastal Computer Consultants Corporation. The protester alleged that the respondent, the Department of the Interior, at the U.S. Geological Survey's Minerals Management Service, made an improper award for automatic data processing equipment to other than the lowest responsive offeror. On September 30, 1993, the Board received the protester's motion to dismiss, which states: Coastal Computer Consultants Corporation ("protester") hereby withdraws its protest and requests that the General Services Administration Board of Contract Appeals ("Board") dismiss the protest with prejudice. The counsel for the Department of the Interior ("Respondent") is aware of this motion and has no objection to the motion. Accordingly, the protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
