ORDER On September 27, 1993, Unitek Technology Inc. protested an award by the Department of Labor of a contract to CompuAdd Corporation for the acquisition of automatic data processing equipment (ADPE). On October 18, 1993, the Department of Labor and Unitek, along with intervening parties, Dunn Computer Corporation and QSOFT, Inc., filed a joint stipulation requesting dismissal of the protest without prejudice. Intervenor Integrated Systems Group, Inc. has not joined in this motion. Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE.
