(VISTA) filed this protest challenging the award of a contract by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), pursuant to Request for Proposals DTFA01-93-R-04785, to provide automated data processing support services for the FAA Office of Information Technology on a cost-plus fixed fee basis. In its complaint, VISTA alleged that FAA conducted erroneous technical and cost evaluations, failed to follow the evaluation criteria set forth in the RFP, imposed undisclosed requirements and criteria on VISTA, failed to conduct meaningful discussions and exercised undue preference for the awardee. On October 13, 1993, the Board received VISTA's withdrawal of the protest. Respondent has no objection to the withdrawal of the protest. Accordingly, the protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
