ORDER Integrated Systems Group, Inc., filed a protest with the Board on September 23, 1993, alleging that the Department of Energy acted in violation of statute and regulation by rejecting on the basis of unstated criteria the firm's proposal to supply personal computers. At a telephonic conference held on September 29, Government counsel admitted that the allegations are correct and said that the agency will terminate purchase orders it has issued and resolicit proposals to fill its needs. On October 1, protester moved the Board to dismiss the protest with prejudice. The motion notes that respondent has no objection to this request.
