ORDER On July 23, 1993, the Department of the Army issued solicitation MDA903-93-R-0083 seeking hardware and software to establish a new local area network. On September 7, 1993, Integrated Systems Group, Inc. filed a protest with the Board alleging the Department of the Army failed to properly justify its brand name only requirements. On September 20, 1993, protester filed a motion to dismiss the protest with prejudice. Protester states the respondent is aware of the motion and has no objection.
