                                 ORDER
 
        On  July  23,  1993,  the  Department  of  the  Army  issued
   solicitation MDA903-93-R-0083  seeking hardware  and software  to
   establish  a new  local  area  network.   On  September 7,  1993,
   Integrated Systems Group,  Inc. filed  a protest  with the  Board
   alleging the  Department of the  Army failed to  properly justify
   its brand name only requirements.
 
        On September 20,  1993, protester filed a  motion to dismiss
   the protest with prejudice.   Protester states the respondent  is
   aware of the motion and has no objection.
 
        Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.  Rule
   28(a).   The suspension of respondent's delegation of procurement
   authority lapses by its terms.
