                                 ORDER
 
        On September  10, 1993,  Automated  Systems and  Programming
   Incorporated, protester,  challenged the  Department of  Energy's
   award of a contract for  data collection and analysis services to
   Source One Management,  Inc.  Protester challenged  the soundness
   of respondent's  cost-technical tradeoff.   On  October 5,  1993,
   protester filed a motion to  dismiss the protest.  Respondent and
   intervenor  do not  object.   Pursuant to  Rule 28(a)(1)  and the
   stipulation of  the parties,  this protest  is DISMISSED  WITHOUT
   PREJUDICE,  to be  automatically converted  to  a dismissal  with
   prejudice unless  reinstated within  ten calendar  days from  the
   date of this dismissal.
