                                 ORDER
 
        On  September 3,  1993, Phase  X Systems  (Phase X)  filed a
   protest  challenging  the award  of  a  contract  to Cedar  Cliff
   Systems  Corporation  by  the Department  of  the  Interior, U.S.
   Geological Survey, under  solicitation number 7989  for automatic
   data processing equipment.  On  September 15, 1993, Phase X filed
   a notice of withdrawal of its protest.
 
        Accordingly,  this  protest  is  DISMISSED  WITH  PREJUDICE.
   Rule 28(a).     The  Board's  order   dated  September 9,   1993,
   consolidating  Phase X'  protest  with  the  protest  of  Network
   Computer Devices, Inc., GSBCA 12568-P, is vacated.
