HENDLEY, Board Judge. ORDER On August 27, 1993, the Board docketed a protest filed by International Data Products, Corporation (IDP). IDP protested the award of contract number DAHC35-93-C-0045 to CSSI Computer Source (CSSI) by the respondent, Department of the Army. IDP alleged that CSSI's bid was nonresponsive in that it "failed to comply in all material respects." On October 1, 1993, the respondent filed with the Board a Joint Motion to Dismiss, which states: COMES NOW THE PARTIES, by and through their attorneys, and moves this Board to dismiss the above- styled protest with prejudice. Counsel for International Data Products, Corporation, is award [sic] of this motion and has no objections to it. Accordingly, the protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
