DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE: August 26, 1993 GSBCA 12554-P INTEGRATED SYSTEMS GROUP, INC., Protester, v. DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY, Respondent. Stephen L. Mills, VP Marketing, Integrated Systems Group, Inc., Vienna, VA, appearing for Protester. Colonel Riggs L. Wilks, Jr., Major Charles R. Marvin, Jr., and Major Karl M. Ellcessor, III, Office of the Chief Trial Attorney, Department of the Army, counsel for Respondent. DANIELS, Board Judge (Chairman). ORDER On August 25, 1993, Integrated Systems Group, Inc. protested that a unit of the Department of the Army violated the dictates of the Federal Information Resources Management Regulation, 41 CFR 201-39.803(b)(2)(ii) (1992), when it placed an order for workstations and disk drives against the General Services Administration non-mandatory schedule contract of another vendor, rather than that of protester. The following day, protester moved the Board to dismiss the case without prejudice to its reinstatement prior to September 30, 1993. Protester represented that the Army concurs with this request. Accordingly, the protest is DISMISSED in accordance with the condition specified in protester's request. _________________________ STEPHEN M. DANIELS Board Judge
