ORDER On August 25, 1987, Integrated Systems Group, Inc., protester, challenged the award of a contract for scanning systems to Pectronics Corporation by the Department of the Air Force, respondent. The Government had found Protester's proposal technically unacceptable. Respondent filed a motion for summary relief. Protester did not respond, but instead filed a motion to withdraw the protest with prejudice. Respondent does not object.
