                                 ORDER
 
        On September 27, 1993, the Board dismissed without prejudice
   the protest  of TeleCom  Design Group, Inc.,  GSBCA 12551-P.   On
   February  7,  1994,  the Board  received  Respondent's  motion to
   convert  the dismissal without  prejudice to one  with prejudice.
   The Protester does not oppose the motion.
 
        Respondent's motion is  GRANTED.  This protest  is DISMISSED
