ORDER This protest was filed with the Board on August 13, 1993, by Dataequip Inc. (Dataequip). Dataequip protested the manner in which solicitation number F09609-93-R-0004 was issued by the Department of the Air Force. On August 16, the Board issued an order for further proceedings which scheduled a prehearing conference for August 17. On August 16, protester advised the Board that the parties to this protest had agreed to settle this protest by extending the proposal due date to August 31. Counsel for respondent has confirmed this fact to Board personnel. Accordingly, pursuant to Rule 28(a), this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE. The dismissal shall become one with prejudice thirty days from the date of this order.
