ORDER On July 1, 1993, the Federal Aviation Administration awarded a contract to Litton Systems, Inc., Amecom Division, for the purchase of voice switching systems used by air traffic controllers in various Air Traffic Control Towers and Terminal Radar Approach Control facilities around the nation. Since the purchase was to fill urgent requirements, it was known as the Rapid Deployment Voice Switch procurement. On August 5, 1993, Denro, Incorporated, filed a protest with the Board protesting the award to Litton alleging its proposal did not comply with mandatory RFP requirements. On August 27, 1993, the protester informed the Board that the parties had reached a settlement and requested that the protest be dismissed with prejudice. Respondent and intervenor have no objection to the dismissal. Accordingly, this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. Rule 28(a). ___________________________ MARTHA H. DeGRAFF Board Judge
