The parties settled the cases when respondent agreed to amend the solicitations to allow vendors to offer "lower level" Sun Sparc workstations and servers. The parties have moved for a dismissal with prejudice. Protester has reserved the right to file a petition for the costs of filing and pursuing the protest.
