ORDER On July 19, 1993, Loxford Travel Services (Loxford) protested the award of a contract by the Department of the Air Force to Rodgers Travel Incorporated/Carlson Travel Network of Dayton, Ohio, for travel office services to serve the requirements of Dover Air Force Base, Dover, Delaware. On July 21, protester filed a letter requesting withdrawal of the protest because another offeror had filed a protest, raising the same grounds as Loxford's protest, at the General Accounting Office. Respondent does not object. Pursuant to Rule 28(a)(1) and the agreement of the parties, this protest is DISMISSED WITHOUT PREJUDICE, to be automatically converted to a dismissal with prejudice if not reinstated within ten calendar days from the date of this dismissal. _________________________ ANTHONY S.
