DEPARTMENT OF THE NAVY, Respondent. Shelton H. Skolnick, Judy D. Leishman, and Amy M. Hall of Skolnick & Leishman, P.C., Derwood, MD, counsel for Protester. Peter Butt and Demetria T. Carter, Office of the General Counsel, Department of the Navy, Washington, DC, counsel for Respondent. BORWICK, Board Judge. ORDER On July 8, 1993, protester, Integrated Systems Group, Incorporated (ISG), protested the Department of the Navy's (Navy's) acquisition of direct access storage devices (DASDs). The Navy had published a requirement of a data transfer rate of ten megabytes per second on ESCON channels, a requirement which protester maintained was restrictive. On July 12, we convened a prehearing conference and developed a schedule of proceedings. On July 15, ISG filed a motion to withdraw the protest with prejudice. Respondent does not object. Pursuant to the stipulation of the parties and Rule 28(a)(1), this protest is DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE. ________________________________ ANTHONY S. BORWICK Board Judge
